This policy explains how Carbotronics USA (“we”) handles information collected through carbotronics.us. If you have questions, write to info@carbotronics.us.
What we collect
When you send the dealer inquiry form, we collect what you enter: dealership name, your name, city and state, email, phone, and the e-MTB brands you carry. When you email us, we receive your message and email address. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to operate and secure the site.
How we use it
We use this information to answer your inquiry, evaluate and manage dealer relationships, send you information about Carbotronics products and the dealer program you asked about, and keep the site secure. We do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with service providers that run our website and email, with Carbotronics in Italy, the manufacturer, when needed to set up or support a dealer relationship, and when required by law.
Cookies and tracking
The site does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not track you across other websites. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a page loads. Because we do no cross-site tracking, we do not respond differently to browser Do Not Track signals.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry details for as long as we need them to respond and to manage any business relationship that follows, and then delete them.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices and California rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information you sent us, or to stop contacting you, by writing to info@carbotronics.us. California residents may have additional rights under California law, and we will not treat you differently for using them.
Children
This site is meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
